Directory
People are contacts. Organisations are clients and/or training producers. Every engagement has a Client. Producer is optional. Approved Producers are PwC, Accenture, Informa, Radix and 12 Events; these may also be selected as Clients. Client-only organisations cannot be selected as Producers. When a Producer is selected, billing follows the Producer; otherwise billing follows the Client.

Capacity & utilization
Utilization uses non-overlapping booked time per trainer/day. 5h+ = full-day unit, 3h+ = half-day unit, 1h+ contributes actual hourly utilization. Same-day overlapping time is counted once. Empty working time is unbooked capacity; synthetic OPEN events are not used.

History
Delivered, cancelled and archived engagements remain available without changing their stored lifecycle status.
